Paula Dobrescu, CEO
With over 29-year travel industry experience and a background in economics, Paula was among the first entrepreneurs in Romania to found in 1992 an agency specially dedicated to the business travel segment. As CEO she oversees all commercial, financial and operational functions.
Through the strategy implemented, Business Travel has consolidated its leading position in Travel Management, by becoming partner with one of the Global TMC, ATPI, setting new standards in the Travel Management marketplace. Business Travel has been awarded the Best Business and MICE Agency in Romania in 2014, 2016 and 2017.
Dana Bundoiu, CFO
Dana has joined the company in 1995 and worked alongside the owner of the company for over 26 years as an integral member of the management team, playing a major role in the company’s consolidation and reputation.
She is responsible for finance, accounting, controlling, personnel and purchasing, overseeing its forecasting and budgeting process.
Gabriel Dumitroiu,
Managing Partner
Gabriel Dumitroiu has a background in international tourism and human resources management, having joined the company as a Managing Partner in 1994.
His expertise in national and international hotel management enhanced the partnership with our customers by expanding our coverage in servicing their travel management requirements.
Antoniu Iubak,
Executive Director
With over 20 years in the travel industry, Antoniu now leads as Executive Director, aligning top-level strategy with actionable goals. His skill in bridging leadership and operational excellence drives our continuous improvement. A natural problem solver, he diagnoses challenges and steers adaptations, ensuring our team thrives in a dynamic environment.
